Noman has a family including three kids, two sons and a daughter. He lives in an underdeveloped area of Karachi. Noman was diagnosed with mouth cancer. He went through a surgery but the cancer kept growing. Now, he can not speak properly. He can’t even eat something except water and milk. Due to this, he is weak and he can’t work to provide his family. He can’t even afford his own treatment. Plus, he lives on rent and the owner is forcing him to leave the house because he is unable to pay the rent. His family is starving and they don’t want to be homeless.
He is taking treatment for cancer from Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto Hospital and Cancer Foundation Hospital. Every two month he has to get a CT scan done. Plus, he needs to buy medicines. He can’t consume anything but ensure milk which costs around 1500 PKR. He can’t work as he is less educated and now due to weakness he is unable to move. He can not provide his family with food and basic necessities. The house where he is living is on rent and he already has uncleared dues, thus the owner is forcing him to leave. Today, he needs our support more than ever to be able to get his cancer treated and provide his family.

Team of Taaluq Foundation visited his house to give him the donations. We cleared all the dues of rent, medicines, and electric bill. We met his family including his children. They are too young and they’re waiting for someone to provide for their education.
