Why students join

Serve where it matters

Relief drives, free medical camps, meals and rations, schools, clean water and tree plantations.

Lead, wherever you are

Campus chapters and a Youth Shura. Volunteers build four committees — INFAQ (fundraising), TAAWUN (partnerships), TAALUQ GLOBAL (international) and AWAAZ (media and volunteers) — and start one in your city.

Your service, on record

A verified volunteer number and a digital card, with certificates and experience letters as you go.

Thirteen programmes, one umbrella

19,000+ people supported · 80,000+ meals served · 8,000 ration packs.

Certified by the Pakistan Centre for Philanthropy. TechSoup validated. Registered under the Societies Registration Act, KAR No. 030 of 2016-17.

Why Taaluq Foundation

Most volunteering leaves you with a memory. This leaves you with a record.

A certificate that can be checked

Your volunteer number and digital card are verifiable by anyone — a university, an employer, an embassy — at taaluqfoundation.org/verify, much as HEC verifies a degree. A certificate nobody can check is a piece of paper; this one answers for itself.

Earned activity by activity

Certificates are issued for what you actually attend, not for signing up. Every camp, drive and school day you join is recorded against your number, so your record grows as your service does.

Your work is seen

Registered volunteers are listed by name on the Volunteer network, and what the movement does is published at our volunteer news. You are not an anonymous pair of hands.

SHUKRANA — thanks, properly done

SHUKRANA is our recognition programme: the volunteers who show up are named, thanked and brought forward. Leadership here is earned by serving, not applied for.

And from your first day you have the volunteer brand kit: our story, ready posts and ready letters, so you can speak for the Foundation properly without waiting to be told how.

If you have a question

You never have to wait for anyone to answer you. Any of these reaches Head Office directly, and you will hear back the same working day:

How it works

  1. Register — a few minutes: your name, your university, and what you would like to do.
  2. Complete your bio-data — photograph, CNIC and your last certificate, kept privately by Head Office and never published.
  3. Get your number and digital card.
  4. Join your first activity — the Shura announces it, and you tap “Join”.

Questions

Does it cost anything?

No. Volunteering is free, and we never ask volunteers for money.

How much time does it take?

As much as you can give. Most activities are on weekends, a few hours at a time.

Will I get a certificate?

Every activity you attend is recorded on your verified volunteer record, and recognition certificates are issued as you progress.

Who can join?

University and college students and young professionals, 18 and over. School students under 18 join through KONPAL PEHCHAAN, with a parent’s consent.

Which cities?

Every city. Register wherever you are; when about ten volunteers join from one city, a Youth Shura forms there.

Is my data safe?

Your photograph, CNIC, address and phone number are never published. Only your name, your institution and your city appear on the Volunteer network.
