Version 1.1 · 6 November 2026 · 22 letters
✉ A personal message (WhatsApp, your own email, LinkedIn) is sent by you, straight away. 📄 A formal letter on Foundation letterhead is prepared by you and signed and sent by Head Office within one working day — email it to admin@taaluqfoundation.org with the subject “Letter for signature: [organisation]”.
⛔ Before you approach any company, university office or organisation, send its name to Head Office first (rule 2 in the brand kit), so two of us never approach the same place.
How to reach Head Office — you never have to wait for anyone
Your Shura Member is the easiest route, but you do not need them, and you should never hold a good idea because you could not reach one. Any of these reaches Head Office directly, and you will have an answer the same working day:
- WhatsApp 0336-1820787 — fastest, any hour, write in Urdu, Roman Urdu or English.
- admin@taaluqfoundation.org — for a letter to be signed, a permission, or anything with a document attached.
- info@taaluqfoundation.org — general questions, and for anyone who is not yet registered.
- taaluqfoundation.org/contact — the form, if you would rather write than message.
Who you send someone to
People will ask you things that are not yours to answer, and the worst answer is a guess. Pass them on, and tell Head Office you did, so nobody is dropped:
| Who is asking | Where they go | What you do |
|---|---|---|
| Someone who wants to volunteer | taaluqfoundation.org/join | Send the link. Tell Head Office their name so we watch for the form. |
| Someone who needs help — treatment, school fees, ration | info@taaluqfoundation.org or WhatsApp 0336-1820787 | ⛔ Never promise help, an amount or a date. Take their name, number and city, send it in, and tell them Head Office will call. |
| A donor inside Pakistan | taaluqfoundation.org/donate-now | Send them the page, never your own account. Give Head Office their name, number and email so they are thanked and receipted. |
| A donor outside Pakistan | i-care-america.org | i-Care is a United States 501(c)(3) and passes the gift to us. Do not say a direct bank transfer from abroad will reach us — today it is returned. |
| A company, school, university or clinic wanting to work with us | admin@taaluqfoundation.org | Send the name and city before you approach them, so two of us never knock on the same door. |
| A journalist, an FM station or a TV channel | admin@taaluqfoundation.org | ⛔ Never answer on behalf of the Foundation, even informally. Take their name and number and pass them straight on. |
| Anything you are not sure about | WhatsApp 0336-1820787 | Ask. No question is too small, and asking is never held against you. |
Tell us the name of the organisation, the city, and one line about what you want to do. That is enough to get an answer.
Using AI to adapt these letters
Use whatever tool you like — ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini — to shorten a letter, make it warmer, or turn it into Urdu or Roman Urdu. Paste the letter in and tell it who you are writing to. It will do in a minute what used to take an evening.
⛔ One limit, and it is the whole limit: an AI may change the WORDS, never the FACTS. Figures, trust lines, programme names, promises and the account number come from the brand kit and from nowhere else. If a tool offers you a number you did not give it, delete it. And read the letter aloud before you send it — if it does not sound like a person, it will not read like one.
Companies and corporate partners
📄 Partnership introduction (CSR)
Dear [Mr/Ms Name],
Assalam-o-Alaikum, and thank you for taking a moment to read this.
Taaluq Foundation is a registered non-profit (Societies Registration Act, KAR No. 030 of 2016-17), certified by the Pakistan Centre for Philanthropy. *Taaluq* means connection, and our work connects people across many fields at once: free education and healthcare, disaster relief, meals and rations, clean water, climate action, and skills and technology. So far we have supported more than 19,000 people and served more than 80,000 meals.
[Company]'s commitment to [their CSR focus, e.g. education / health / the environment] made us think of you. We would be glad to explore how we might work together, for example:
- supporting a programme or a single activity, such as [a medical camp / a meals drive / a tree plantation / a child's education];
- employee volunteering alongside our youth movement;
- in-kind support: [medicines / equipment / food / services].
Every partner receives a clear account of what their support achieved.
Would twenty minutes with you or your CSR team in the coming weeks be possible?
JazakAllah Khair for your time and consideration.

📄 Employee volunteering invitation
Dear [Name],

We plan it around your team's size and schedule, and every participant receives a certificate of appreciation.

📄 Permission to hold a free medical camp
Dear [Mr/Ms Name],
Assalam-o-Alaikum. Taaluq Foundation is a registered non-profit working in education, healthcare, relief, clean water and skills. We run Surraya Health Care, a free hospital in Shah Faisal Colony, Karachi, and we hold free medical camps for communities that cannot reach a clinic.
We would like your permission to hold a free medical camp at [place] on [date], from [time] to [time].
What we bring: our own doctors and medicines at no cost to anyone; a registration desk; and our volunteers for the queue and for health education. We need from you only the space, access to water and electricity, and your permission to inform the community.
We are registered under the Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860, KAR No. 030 of 2016-17, certified by the Pakistan Centre for Philanthropy, and approved by the Federal Board of Revenue as a non-profit organisation. Any document you need, we will send the same day.
We will share a short report with you afterwards: how many people were seen, and what was most needed. JazakAllah Khair for considering it.
Kind regards,
📄 A community event: a walk, a race, a health or cleanliness drive
Dear [Mr/Ms Name],
Assalam-o-Alaikum. Taaluq Foundation would like to hold [a community walk / a charity race / a health awareness drive / a cleanliness drive] at [place] on [date], and we would be glad to do it together with [organisation].
The idea is simple: [one human sentence on why this matters here]. Our volunteers organise it, and your [residents / students / staff] are invited to take part. There is no charge to anyone.
What we would ask of you: permission to use [place] on that day, and your help in telling people it is happening. What we bring: volunteers, materials, and a photographer so the day is remembered properly.
We are a registered non-profit; any document you need, we will send the same day.
JazakAllah Khair.
Kind regards,
📄 Inviting a school to spend a day with our students
Dear [Principal / Mr/Ms Name],
Assalam-o-Alaikum. Taaluq Foundation runs Surraya School System, a completely free school in Murad Memon Goth, Karachi, for children whose families could not otherwise send them.
We would like to invite your students to spend a day with ours.
It is not a donation visit. Your students and ours prepare activities together, teach each other something, play, and share a meal. Our children meet young people who have had chances they have not; your students meet children who work very hard for very little, and they do not forget it.
We would suggest [date] from [time] to [time], for about [number] students with their teachers. We arrange everything on our side and cover the activities; you arrange only their travel and consent.
We are registered under the Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860, KAR No. 030 of 2016-17, and certified by the Pakistan Centre for Philanthropy. We are glad to meet you first, and to send any document your administration needs.
JazakAllah Khair for considering it.
Kind regards,
📄 To an FM or television channel, from Awaaz
Dear [Mr/Ms Name],
Assalam-o-Alaikum. I write from Taaluq Foundation, a registered non-profit in Karachi running a free school, a free hospital, clean water, relief and skills programmes, with a volunteer movement of students from every city.
We would like to offer you [a story / an interview / a short segment] on [the subject]. [One or two sentences on why it matters to your listeners or viewers, with one real figure from our approved list.]
We can provide: someone to speak, in Urdu or English; photographs and footage we own and are free to share; and access to the work itself so your team can see it first-hand.
We are not asking for a donation appeal. We are asking for the public to hear what is possible when people give their time, and we would be glad to shape it to whatever suits your programme.
We are registered under the Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860, KAR No. 030 of 2016-17, certified by the Pakistan Centre for Philanthropy and approved by the Federal Board of Revenue as a non-profit organisation.
JazakAllah Khair for your time.
Kind regards,
